Mental Health

COVID-19 pandemic poses a huge threat to all of us physically and mentally. During the lockdown, we may experience heightened stress or anxiety, affecting our thoughts and emotions. Staying mentally healthy becomes more important than ever. The intention of my poster is to raise awareness about mental health in this insane time we are all living in. The design concept is to create strong contrast and tension by integrating two words which describe completely opposite state of mind.
