第5届“字酷”文字艺术设计大赛国际评委—浅叶克己

浅叶克己1940年生于日本横滨市神奈川县,毕业于神奈川工业高等学校图案科以及东京桑泽设计研究所,还曾是一名日本乒乓球国家队队员。曾涉足日本广告、包装设计等行业。但他最显着和为人道的是其对东巴文字漫长的研究生涯。针对日本与韩国两国在各方面都十分相似,浅叶克己接受杂志访问时也提到,“文字之所以重要,是因为它具有表达、传意的作用”。起源于中国云南和西藏的少数民族纳西族「东巴经」的东巴文,是世上仅存为数不多的象形字体之一,自幼便钟情于文字的浅叶克己,1990年前往中国云南开始对东巴文字进行系统性的研究,其后也藉由文字为主题创作了许多脍炙人口的设计作品。浅叶克己除了担任东京字体指导俱乐部(TDC)主席外,他是日本平面设计师协会(JAGDA)‬的董事会成员、设计协会主席、Enjin01 Culture Strategy Council的策划人、东京艺术指导会(ADC)‬委员会成员。同时还是东京造形大学及京都精华大学的客席教授。




Katsumi Asaba

Born in 1940 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokohama, Japan, graduated from the Pattern Department of the Higher School of Industry in Kanagawa Prefecture and the Design Institute of Sangze in Tokyo, and was a member of the Japanese table tennis national team. Has Dabbled in Japanese advertising, packaging design and other industries. But what was most remarkable and humane was his long career in the study of Doumba. Pointing to the similarities between Japan and South Korea in many ways, Asaba told the magazine that “Words are important because they can express and convey ideas.”. The DOUMBA script of the Dongba Sutra, which originated in Yunnan and Tibet, is one of the few hieroglyphs left in the world, in 1990, he went to Yunnan, China, where he began a systematic study of Doumba characters, and later created many popular design works based on the theme of characters. In addition to his role as president of the Tokyo Font Guide club (TDC) , Mr Katsumi Asaba, he is a board member of Jagda, the chairman of the design society, the planner of Enjin01 Culture Strategy Council and a member of the board of the Tokyo Art Guild. He is also a visiting professor at the Tokyo Zokei University and the Kyoto Seika University.
